Deming Cycle
Maintenance definition:
The Deming Cycle, also known as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), is a continuous improvement process that involves planning improvements, implementing those changes, checking the results, and acting on what has been learned. In maintenance, the Deming Cycle can be applied to enhance maintenance processes, improve asset reliability, and reduce costs by systematically identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
